Project Scope

Modern Chalet Villa comprises of 3 bedrooms, an open kitchen and 2 living rooms in which the upper portion living room can be transformed into a gaming area. The master bedroom has a royal theme which exudes volume of luxury as asked by the client; amalgamating it with the gold leaf paintings and modern furniture to harmonise the overall feel/aura of the villa.

Luxury and elegance are the two words that best describe modern chalet villa located on the beach of Oman, this architectural venue promises of a unique stay. What makes the charm of this modern villa is that it blends perfectly with the surrounding nature; harmonising the overall feel of serenity. It us ideally located on the beach of Oman, overlooking the gulf of Oman and is only a few minutes away from the maintown, so you will always find an activity to occupy your time or if you want to spend a lazy afternoon beside the pool, you are more than welcome to enjoy it with complete privacy or sit in the garden and admire the landscape while the fountains flows in the background.

The client had a heterogeneous image for the place and left on us to define it. We decided to take a simple and neutral approach, tried to restore use, functions and habitability on a basic, shade design options in a natural contradiction with what is being developed in the gulf of oman.

The aesthetic interior design reflects that the landscaping is maintained by a sense of minimalism by using solid colors throughout the ground floor; as it creates a bold statement for the furnishings that emphasise the luxury beach side lifestyle by combining areas of loose furniture and art pieces.The long wooden bars and stairs create a light weight connection as you can sit above a lavish pool that creates an internal environment which mimics external spaces.Villa on beachside offers great positioning to take in distant city light set against the shimmering of Gulf of Oman.
